Eddy Current Signal Converter is a sensor signal converter designed for critical turbomachinery applications. It is widely used in the measurement of radial and axial axial displacement, position, eccentricity and velocity/bond phase in equipment such as steam, gas and hydraulic turbines, compressors, pumps and fans.

The converter has excellent dynamic performance with a frequency range (-3 dB) from 0 to 20000 Hz and a rise time of less than 15 microseconds. In particular, it is designed for the PR6422, PR6423, PR6424, PR6425, PR6426 and PR6453 models. To extend the range, use the CON021/91x-xxx converter. Please note that the PR6425 model always requires an extended range converter.

In terms of environmental adaptability, the eddy current signal converter operates in a temperature range of -30 to 100°C (-22 to 212°F), is capable of stable operation at 60 Hz shocks and vibrations up to 5g, and maintains performance at 25°C (77°F). Its protection rating is IP20, which means that it has some dust resistance.

In terms of power supply and electrical characteristics, the converter is supplied in a voltage range of -23V to -32V (output range -4V to -20V) or -21V to -32V (output range -2V to -18V). This allows the converter to operate stably over a wide range of voltage conditions, meeting the needs of different devices.

In terms of physical characteristics, the casing of the vortex signal converter is made of LMgSi 0.5F22 material and weighs approximately 120 grams (4.24 ounces). Four M5x20 screws are required for installation (shipped with the product). For connection, the converter uses a self-locking Lemo plug for power supply and output, and is equipped with a screw terminal type (up to 1.5mm² wire).
