The Triconaex Trident system is a safety instrumentation control system that meets the IEC61508:2010 standard and is TUV-certified with SIL3 safety integrity. Its fault-tolerant structure without a single point of failure maximizes its availability while ensuring its high safety.

Trident's fault tolerance is accomplished through a triple module redundancy (TMR) structure that protects your valuable assets (people, equipment, property) and environment from harm based on maximum security and normal production processes, allowing you to manage operational risk. Proven and approved technologies provide superior levels of performance, high fault tolerance and low total cost resulting in improved profitability and asset life.

The Trident system is very simple to use because from the user's point of view, the TMR system works just like a normal single-channel control system. The user connects the sensor and the actuator to a singlae terminal, writes a set of applications, and Trident takes care of the rest.

Communication ability:

Trident communicates through ports on the MP and communication module (CM). The communication port on MP supports Modbus Slave and TriStation communication protocols. The communication port on the CM module supports Modbus Slave, master, and Slave/Master protocols, TriStation, TSAA client/server (including DDE and OPC), and point-to-point communication protocols.

Suitable for harsh environmental conditions:

The Trident system operates in extreme ambient temperatures ranging from -20℃ at low temperatures to +70℃ at high temperatures. At the same time meet ISA S71.04 standard G3 anticorrosion level, can be used in corrosive environment.
