Axis control:

Programming ability:

The system offers powerful programming capabilities with a standard programming capacity of 2,200 locations (pos). This means that the robot can perform a series of precise actions according to a preset program.

The programming capacity can be scaled up to 60,000 locations, opening the possibility for more complex and delicate tasks. This scalability allows the system to adapt to production tasks of different sizes and complexity.

I/O signal:

The system supports (48) I/O signals for interaction with external devices and systems. These signals can be used to control the movement of the robot, read the sensor data, etc.

New features and programming methods:

The Motoman MRC robot system introduces some new functions such as multitasking, servofloat and S-move, which are especially suitable for machine operation and synchronous control of two robots.

MRC also allows users to edit robot jobs from a normal PC, so-called offline programming. This way of programming improves the efficiency and convenience of programming, and enables users to develop and debug programs without the actual involvement of robots.

While previously it was possible to read robot jobs through text files, it is now possible to modify programs directly on the PC or send entirely new programs to the controller, greatly increasing productivity and flexibility.
