The 0-51851 is a circuit board made by Reliance Electric for use within its drive systems.  Due to changes within the Reliance corporate structure, boards may be marked as manufactured by Asea Brown Boveri (ABB,) Baldor-Reliance, or from Reliance  Electric. The part number is the same. It is currently discontinued by the manufacturer.

The 0-51851 functions as a PC Control Regulator Card.   The PCB connects via three screws to a front faceplate that is populated by four rotary dials.  Each of these dials is numbered from zero to ten and can be individually set. They are labeled (from top to bottom,) as min speed, max speed, cur limit, and accel rate. A potentiometer matches up to each of these rotary dials on the rear side of the faceplate.  

The 0-51851 board is printed with a grid pattern.  It also carries the board number in the bottom front corner.  The rear edge of the board extends in a ‘tail’ that is covered with conductive tabs; this acts as a sort of backplane connector.   Near this connector, the board has two vertical metal pieces connected by three crossbars; this component is typically used to steady a right-angled auxiliary board; however, no such board is installed on this PCB.
