Bently Nevada 3500/40M series Proximitor monitor

The 3500/40M series monitor is a 4-channel monitor that accepts input from the Bently Nevada proximity sensor, conditions the signal to provide multiple vibration and position measurements, and compares the processed signal to a user-programmable alarm. Users can program each channel of 3500/40m using the 3500 rack configuration software to perform any of the following functions: radial vibration, thrust position, differential expansion, eccentrics, and REBAM.

For each channel, depending on the configuration, it typically translates the input signal into a variety of parameters called "static values." Users can configure alarm setpoints for static values for each activity and danger setpoints for static values for any two activities. These setpoints help users set alarm thresholds according to the actual operating conditions of the equipment, ensuring that the alarm can be issued in time when the equipment is abnormal, thereby protecting the normal operation of the equipment and extending the service life.
