product description
Product details
The Bently Nevada 3300/25 dual accelerometer monitor is used to measure the absolute vibration of a machine enclosure or structure, relative to free space (seismic), and provides two independent online machine vibration monitoring channels. It features zero-peak signal conditioning and display capabilities, and is able to offer more than 10,000 high-pass and low-pass filter combinations. These filter combinations can be easily changed in the field by using plug-in jumpers.
Specific recommendation
For almost all machines with fluid film bearings, the main measurements should be made using probes and Proximitor® for shaft relative vibration measurements.
If the vibrations generated by a particular machine with a fluid film bearing (a) cannot be adequately detected by shaft relative displacement, and (b) these vibrations are sufficient to be transmitted to the bearing seat, accelerometer measurements can be used to supplement shaft relative measurements.
Specification parameter
Input signal
The monitor accepts one or both acceleration sensor signals from the Bently Nevada standard acceleration interface module 23733-03 or the high-frequency interface module 24145-02 or 330400 accelerometer sensors.
sensitivity
100 mV/g (10 mV/m/s²).
Power dissipation
Nominal power consumption is 3 watts (excluding accelerometers).
Look out
Due to the power requirements of accelerometers, no more than eight 3300/25 monitors should be used in a single rack.
Signal conditioning
Frequency response
No filter: 2.7Hz to 90 kHz; -3 dB Nominal value.
Integrated frequency range: 10 Hz to 90 kHz.
Filter Angle frequency
High-pass filters can be selected from 499 frequencies ranging from 3.7 to 3008 Hz (222 to 180,480 cpm).
The low-pass filter can be selected from at least 384 frequencies from 24 to 22,372 Hz (1440 to 1,342,320 cpm).
Filter quality
Qualcomm: 4 poles (80 dB per ten octave, 24 dB per octave)
Low pass: at least 7 poles (140 dB per ten octave, 42 dB per octave)
Overall, the Bently Nevada 3300/25 dual accelerometer monitor, with its outstanding signal conditioning capabilities and a wide selection of filters, provides a reliable and efficient solution for machine vibration monitoring in industrial environments. Whether it is to prevent equipment failure, improve production efficiency, or optimize equipment performance, it provides accurate and timely vibration data to help users make informed decisions.
