DeltaV™ Horizontal mounting I/O boughs keep your I/O subsystems running efficiently. The power/controller bay contains a power bus inside, eliminating the need for external cables to connect the system power to the DeltaV controller and the I/O interface bay. The power/controller and I/O brackets are modular in design.

Modular design for flexible installation: Only T-DIN rail is needed to install the power/controller bracket in place. The I/O interface bracket plugs directly into the power/controller bracket. Simply insert the I/O terminal block into the carrier. The modular design of the DeltaV system allows you to add I/O bays on demand.

Support online expansion: Additional 8 wide brackets can be added online as needed. The bracket extender provides installation flexibility, allowing you to install I/O brackets in multiple rows, with 1, 2, 3, or 4 brackets per row.

Integrated Power distribution: Power distribution for the controller and I/O interfaces is integrated into the carriage, simplifying power and grounding operations. The bracket also incorporates a shielded ground bar to isolate and expel field noise from the system power supply.

Plug and play for convenience: DeltaV horizontal mounting brackets provide plug and play convenience for your I/O subsystems.

Product description

The I/O port tray plugs directly into the power/controller tray. The power/controller bay provides power to the system and is responsible for communication between the I/O interface and the controller. The controller processes information about I/O interfaces. If redundant controllers are required, an additional power/controller bracket is required.

Install the interface bracket on the T-DIN rail. I/O interface bays include a batch 24V DC field meter power supply, I/O interface, and terminal block connections. Each I/O interface bay is equipped with connectors that allow for additional expansion and configuration to meet the needs of different applications.
